  Normally I would be all over the police for a shooting, and I really dislike the police... but if any of us come across a guy attacking another guy and chewing on his face... and a single gunshot doesn't stop him?

  I gotta say, I probably would not hesitate to kill the guy either. kicking? tackling? If shooting the guy didn't stop him, I wouldn't want to go near him.
