I'd would put my money that Zimmerman walks, there is not enough proof. The prosecution must prove the case beyond reasonable doubt and I doubt they can prove that he was not acting in self defense.

Can somebody tell the police they have the wrong guy?!
They sapped guys and nobody notices?!
The first one also dressed better.

A trayvon is something you put a hungryman dinner on. This guy is going to walk.

Maybe not related but think about how the kids on that bus were talking to that bus monitor about stabbing her. About the other QBN'rs posting stories about how some kids reacted violently to adults that had something to say about the way they were reacting and this case doesn't seem so cut and dry as everyone wants it to be.
It's nice to be able to place the blame 100% on one person and call it a day though.

Stand Your Ground = Don't leave any witnesses alive

What happens if you stand your ground against someone else standing their ground?
I guess whoever kills first wins in court

I think he'll be safe. He's allowed to leave the state, not the country, will have GPS tracking, has to check in every 3 days and obviously will not be going out in public, so who's going to know where he is outside of his lawyer, maybe his wife and the police department?

i really don't care what the fam or anyone else has to say. I just want to hear testimony and facts of the case. Hopefully they get it right.

Trayvon Martin's mother Sybrina Fulton said she believed the shooting was an accident and things got out of control.
she later clarified the statement:
"Their meeting was the accident," Fulton said. "That was the accident. Not the actual act of him shooting him. That was murder ... They were never supposed to meet."

from dictionary.com...malice: desire to inflict injury, harm, or suffering on another, either because of a hostile impulse or out of deep-seated meanness: the malice and spite of a lifelong enemy.

" According to the Associated Press, an official said Zimmerman is in custody and is expected to be charged with second-degree murder."
Hey CygnusZero4, any legal knowledge you would like to share with us since you know the law?
