Wunderkit not for Windows

I'm not a Windows user, but my client is. And we were going to start using Wunderkit to organize task and projects, but Wunderkit doesn't work for Windows or Internet Explorer. (I don't really blame them)
So I'm wondering platforms you guys are using to collaborate with clients, set up projects and manage task?

have them use a real browser.

^^Yea, that's not gonna happen unfortunately. But yes, that would be the best solution.

Evernote.. done

Evernote would be good, but it doesn't really have much of a system to manage task or projects really. I know I could type in all the information and even have check boxes, but it really seems like a basic solution in comparison to something like Wunderkit.

google docs?

I've tried and looked into Google's new "Do" platform. But again, it's just really basic.

no offense, but if you are still using windows explorer in this day and age, your email account should end with @aol.com by default.

@Miguex... I completely agree. It's not me, it's my client.
If I could never touch or hear about Windows or Explorer again, I would be a happy guy.
But I really could use a good solution for task management and collaboration with my client.

dare I suggest Basecamp?

Basecamp? I can't believe installing Firefox or Chrome is such a daunting task...

Yea, it's just one of those clients who is NOT a computer guy. So getting him to switch to a different browser just isn't an option for me.
And yea, Wunderkit has an App Store App and iPhone App. Really cool too!

if it's no hassle, you should install a new browser on his computer and show him how simple it is. if he's no computer guy he'll probably get a kick out of being able to install another one himself.

It would be a hassle. He is one of those guys where he wants things his way.

So I guess I'm considering going with Do.com
It does seem to be set up for the type of communication and collaboration that I'm looking for. It's free, it's online and on the iPhone.
Anyone have experience with Do.com?

thanks for pointing out do.com - i'm looking for a solution like this myself. i don't think it's a stretch to inform the client that he needs to download anher better free browser and maybe use it exclusively to log into your interface. install it for him and set the home page to your login for him. all he has to do is launch it and log in then return to exploder when he's done. no one is that barbaric.

@prophetone... you make a lot of sense believe me. But the best way I could describe this guy is like a winey bitch woman of a man. Somewhat a cool guy outside of business, but when dealing with heavier business issues (payments, cost of work, etc) he is just a winey little bitch.
I'm sure I may be able to get him to switch or download and exclusively use a different browser for Wunderkit. But I'm also sure I'm setting myself up for problems with him bitching in the future about it. I'd rather start with a system that I can be sure he will be ok using with the set up he is already using.
Trying to be proactive I suppose.
- fair enough, the reality is them reality i suppose. wunderkit looks dope but do looks similar and is googlely goodprophetone
