IMO, any headphones in the €200 range will sound pretty damn good, depending on your tastes and what kind of music you listen to.
The trick is finding the right type, because there are a lot of options. ie Open / closed, on ear / around ear, noise cancelling, etc.
I was looking for some a while back and got some good info from these forums:

I have a pair of Beyerdynamic DT-770 Pro's and a pair of Ultrasone Pro 650's. The Beyerdynamics squeeze your head more than the Ultrasone, so they feel a little more annoying if you're wearing them for any duration. The 770's are also much more bassier and wet sounding. The 650's on the other hand can be worn for a very long time without a lot of ear strain and they sound more crisp than the 770's. I just hate having to deal with cords longer than 5'.

skullcandy mix master mike headphones. they have an inline mike wired in so you can do shout outs to your coworkers while simultaneously building a wordpress page and starting a new brett bash thread. ; )

Has technology moved along with speakers and headphones recently?
My dad had some headphones back from the 80's.
Granted they were huge, they're not much bigger than my Sennheiser HD 555's and the sound quality was similar...

Since we already have this thread going, I won't start a new one. Looking for quality collapsible headphones that I can wear at work, but fold down, put in my bag, and take home at night.
