"I know, I'll flip the image so no-one will ever notice..."
This guy needs taking down. My brother is an architecture student so I'm aware of how much time you must put into your work and how little effort this guy has put into "his"
Avoid the legal BS, confront him, show the work to your bosses and shame the piece of crap, then tell all the other agencies in your town that this guy is a fraud!

This guy's taking the PISS.
You seriously need to do something about this, you've got a great opportunity here, don't let this slide.

Yeah you seriously need to do something about this, but you REALLY need the support of your bosses. In the end, if you're in a situation where this comes up again with a future employer, they will be able to act as references for you, so don't exclude them from this.
- Good point.Samush
- In other words, HOW you handle this is every bit as important as the fact you DO handle it.Continuity

I am eager to see how this is handled.... cmon cmon!

Another reason you should involve your bosses in this situation, from start to finish:
If architecture is anything like advertising or design, then it's a really incestuous industry. People talk, and if there's any sort of dirt or controversy, it may reflect badly on your employers, or they may find themselves in a situation where they have to account for things.
Ergo, it's pretty much essential you get them on your side, and leverage their industry clout in making sure you come out on top of this, especially if your work under this guy's name is making the rounds of all the shops.
- Ergo, those who refused the program, while a minority, would constitute an escalating probability of disasterJimbo82

seems like this has been going for a few days now and nothing has happened.
if i come back tomorrow and there is no satisfactory ending, i'm going to steal your work, run some photoshop filters over it (neon glow i reckon) and send your work around all the agencies you ever want to work in.
ok. go....

You people spend way too much time worrying about what other people do/say/design/act/fuck/shit-in-t...
If it's a hack job, throw it in the wastebin and move on. Don't you have WORK to do instead of trying to find a way to crucify this person?

Dylan, I totally see your point, but how is this studio supposed to uphold great work when other people are pawning it off as their own? It's actually in his best interests to call this guy out and keep a reputation.
