interview him,
videotape it, tell him too that you will be doing so, cunt like that, it will probably say yes.
put it on youtube,- Thats is a MAJOR lawsuit! Don't do that. Funny thoethandmarquis
- whats the lawsuit? defamation? he has proof!jonffanak
- tell him you're videotaping him,
as long as he agrees, it's coolgeorgesIII - You can't videotape without consent and in that consent you need to explain WHY you are taping him. I work in production. That's actually illegal. Who would agreeethandmarquis

Tie him to a chair naked in an abandonned barn, and msack him in the pills, Casino Royale-style.

Geebus... some of these responses sound like Murder 101 - follow the simplest path: advise your employer and then contact him directly with a cease and desist request. Don't complicate your life anymore then you have to, but you deserve to protect your c.v.

Have him come in and talk about his work
- Jimbo820
Get him in for a portfolio viewing, get him to talk about each project and the processes involved (to see how good at BS he is). Then at the end, confront him and make him squirm...
- Bargels0
That's awful. I'd bring him in, humiliate him in the interview, then sit him down with whoever runs your legal in-house. Let them finish him with some 'cease and desist' or whatever...and find out who else he sent your work to.
- "find out who else he sent your work to" = thumbs up. Probably needs to be done before he'd know what you're up to.Peter

OOOOH you can have so much fun!!
get him in for an interview! and then slowly but surely start to make him realise that you're the guy he stole from. Then basically show him your Krop page and ask him politely how long it will take him to get the stuff off his portfolio. a camera set up on his face would make for some very priceless viewing. come on you have GOT to do this! it'll be leglendary

what's interesting is the thief hasn't got any 300dpi imagery for their printed folio...what they gonna do when asked to present these projects in an interview.

Can I have you portfolio as well? Just saying...

Ok, no interview? Plan B!
If your bosses are cool, bring this up to them and let them know you are worried this guy is sending your work to agencies/companies all over the city and will eventually fuck you up. Ask them to bring him in so that he presents it, and ask to be present and let the motherfucker talk. Make sure everyone in the room knows what he did and then confront him and ask him to write down a list of the other agencies he contacted so that he can send in a letter apologizing and letting them know what's going on.
You could also follow this up with a letter 'apologizing' for someone using your work. If you think about it, you can actually benefit from this as a little PR stunt...
But definitely confront this asshole and make sure he feels the pain!! I'm not being sadistic, but if you contact him directly, he might bring your stuff down but move on to his next bookmarked portfolio and use that since he's smart and 'companies never catch that'. These idiots really need to learn a lesson and the consequences of doing this....

BUT... and this is why my plan is best.
If he only has low res versions, then he won't be able to print it. He may well just have used it to bulk up his folio to get his foot in the door. Most probably he'll not present your work, as it will look obvious it's just a couple of jpgs. So if you do all sit around the table hoping to fuck him up. It could be disappointing when it really is all his work. Then you'll pull out his folio that he sent you, he'll claim you planted it, and you're just mad cos your boyfriend dumped you. Everyone will laugh and point at you. The next thing you know your boss will ask you to come to a meeting in a car park at 1am.

Stab him with a cheeseburger. That'll teach him!
- Prev0
Interview him. Reveal the error of his ways. Hire him. Chances are he will work harder than any of the current staff and be more happy than all of them because he was shown mercy.

Mr. David Hampshire still has work up that I swear someone else on here created, no? The illustration of the birds in the tree discussing whether to poop in the kids mouth?
Anyways, point being: get legal on him. Have some fun if you want, but unless there's a real legal threat, he probably will continue (if not you, someone else's work) if he thinks he won't get in much trouble.
Good luck!

Friend him on Facebook and then write something really mean on his wall.

you can UNbackstab him!

Feed him to the QBN. He'll have a new domain in his own name in no time.
