How so? It's plain as day. The guy is more racist than Hitler.

now that the audio is real and released...

The part about hitting his girlfriend in the face (while she was holding their kid) probably didn't help/
I think I called it on the first page, it's over for Mel. He can focus on his traditional Catholic church.

Looking at Mel’s chart you might begin to wonder why he’s famous at all. The answer lies in the Moon, ruler of the Ascendant, on the Aries point of Libra to the absolute minute! The Solar peregrination is undoubtedly intriguing and it inevitably creates interest in Mel’s father, Hutton Gibson, who has to date 48 grandchildren and is a dyed in the wool Catholic. Hutton once stated that:The greatest benefit anyone can have is to be a Catholic. You have the lifelong satisfaction of being right. But we can’t go to Mass, there are no sacraments and I feel cheated.

meh. whatever, not racist just funny.
They both have serious issues.- using the word "niggers" is actually pretty racist.DrBombay
- not racist?
what planet are you from?Levelthirteen - there's a difference between niggers and blacks, ask Chris Rock or any black guy._niko
- if he called all black people "niggers" then that's racist. But if he referred to a segment of the popultion that even black people call "niggers" then it's ok._niko
- ..people call "niggers" then it's ok. or so my black friends tell me but what do i know._niko
- ;)_niko
- Um...no, that was just Chris' sketch routine. He didn't intend for everyone to actually start talkin like that;)ukit
- Well you keep using the word niko and see how far it gets youPIZZA

I think Americans are way too sensitive to the whole issue and need to lighten up a bit.
If he had said:
""You're an embarrassment to me. You look like a fucking pig in heat and if you get raped by a pack of GUIDOS it will be your fault,"Would anyone think he was being racist towards Italians?
- That is why RACISM is used as a weapon. Look at whats going on with the US.FredMcWoozy
- We were all fine before Obama got in office. Now everyone looks at each other weird.FredMcWoozy
- Yeah, sure you were fine before Obama. *slaps Fred*BuddhaHat
- Pay no attention to "Fred," he's just trollin' (badly)ukit

I'm sure some white-supremacist, wife-beating clan somewhere would happily take Mel and his millions under their wing... I somehow think he won't be terribly welcome anywhere else after this latest spectacular brain-fart.
- ukit0
niko if you really feel it's not offensive then I encourage you to walk down to the nearest black neighborhood and start yelling "I was raped by a pack of niggers" repeatedly like Bruce Willis in Die Hard 3.
Then if anyone says anything tell them they need to lighten up a bit.
- The thing is, White America has been made to feel guilty over slaverly..Blacks blame Americans for slavery...FredMcWoozy
- When it was England that went to africa and started the trade. I never hear blacks sayFredMcWoozy
- the Queen started slavery.FredMcWoozy
- don't forget to take pics too niko... or it didn't happen.BuddhaHat
- The truth is ukit. Americans have done more for the black culture then any other country.FredMcWoozy
- Some people just choose to live in the past.FredMcWoozy
- I never hear blacks say im going back to Africa. You want to know why? Because you don't want too.FredMcWoozy
- you were right ukit, he is a bad troll.BuddhaHat
- he's trying so hard though...hahaukit

^ sure if i go to my old hood and my buddies are hanging around, they'd laugh their asses off.
It's all in context. I'm not defending Mel, he probably is a racist but using that word to describe a certain demographic within the black community is ok by the black people i know.
It's like saying "Guido" is being racist towards all Italians.
- haha, I wouldn't put it in the same class as guido, that's not really all that offensive of a term.ukit
- _niko0
anyway to sum up, Mel is nuts and I suddenly feel like a having fucking roti for lunch tomorrow. ;)
- ukit0
no, you're right niko, it's hard to understand cause black people throw the term around all the time. and Europeans have a hard time seeing why they take it seriously because Europe does't have the same racial history as America does.
maybe closest thing would be how Germans don't joke about exterminating Jews (I'm guessing)
- good point, the US has a much more serious racial past and old wounds heal slow._niko
- georgesIII0
ukit, I beg to differ with you there,
Europe (Germany, Netherland, Belgium, France, Italy, Great Britain, Spain,...)Have had a severe and brutal racial history,
it's is just that non europeans just have nothing to cry about, most of us have moved past the whole they enslaved us thingyI've yet to see my sister cry because the french were violent with us no less than 50 years ago (last that I know of), yet she lives in paris, is integrated and couldn't care less about what the "front national" says.
yet we still see black usatians complain about slavery and how they're discriminated. while singing about bitches and hoes, gucci shoes, etc...
my dad whom was one of the first generation to go study abroad when racism was a lot more extreme will call them a bunch of cry babies,
how can I not agree with him.

@GeorgesIII I'm sorry but your dad's wrong. Black people in America went from being considered animal possessions used for slavery to freed second class citizens with limited rights. Then they won the right to be considered "equal" on paper only to be subverted behind closed doors in the same way they always were. Fast forward to 2010 and a lot of the subversion is gone but not completely. Yeah some black people make themselves look bad by, "singing about bitches and hoes, gucci shoes, etc..." but that has nothing to do with black people. That's about individuals expressing what they were exposed to. People don't judge the whole white race on the actions of the Jersey Shore cast or Paris Hilton. The fact that black people are still judged as a whole by the actions of a few is only proof that they still have a long way to go.
- georgesIII0
Glitterati, no offense but,
we're in 2010 and most of the african sub continent is still getting raped by western corporations,I'm not trying to compare suffering that is extremelly retarded,
all I wanted to point out is that lots of black african who comes to europe come with a goal, they don't have time playing the victim even though as we speak their homecountries are getting pillage.e.g:
I'm currently living in a country where most youngster (40% latest poll) are openly xenophobe, should I cry and point out everytime I'm discriminated?off course not, I couldn't care less.
I consider myself a person first and I don't give a rat's ass about those so call "n*ggers" (please mod don't ban me again, lol )- I understand what you're saying to a degree but you're generalizingGlitterati_Duane
- Not all black Americans play victim.Glitterati_Duane
- The reality is that a lot of the bad behavior demonstrated by the ones you mentionGlitterati_Duane
- is a result of how American society treated themGlitterati_Duane
