^ sure if i go to my old hood and my buddies are hanging around, they'd laugh their asses off.
It's all in context. I'm not defending Mel, he probably is a racist but using that word to describe a certain demographic within the black community is ok by the black people i know.
It's like saying "Guido" is being racist towards all Italians.
