Well, this thing is almost over.
:o)
:back to music ;O)
Been listening quite bit to Autechre... hawtness!
Also found out about a british duo that goes by the name of ISAN.
Pretty awesome shit imo. No vocals just digital shit in a mellow and chilled fashion. Will def try to set a playlist for myself with only ISAN and Autechre for my next run.:o)
and oh yeah... my left knee is hurting. damn glad this is almost over.
nothing serious, just an annoying discomfort I've always had since I had surgery back in my teens.

Check on ebay for running shoes, you can get last year's new in box models for under $50 (I've seen a few for like $20 actually)

Some oldies! Did you listen to Orb, Autechere, The Future Sounds of London, Squarepusher, or orb? (little fluffy clouds was my fav). That stuff brings back memories. heheeh You might like the clickhop stuff that came out a few years ago. Danger Mouse's Gray album was pretty sick, and prefuse 73, Jimmy Edgar, Dabrye, and Daedelus are all newer artists that remind me of the older stuff, its just more glitchy.
Right now I'm digging these artists:
La Roux, Little Boots, Ladyhawke, The Raveonettes, Kaskade, Chk Chk Chk, M83, Friendly Fires, Metronomy, Sam Sparro, PNAU, MGMT, Neon Neon and way too many more to list. I am sickly addicted to music.I have 3 mastered mixes that are hour long sets if anyone likes this genre of music. Just holla and I'll upload. It really gets the blood moving.
- Thanks! I completely forgot about Squarepusher. Always wanted to get some of their stuff and always forgot to... :o)VectorMasked

I am sucking at this so badly. Getting up when it's dark has never been my thing.

I'm in.
Too bad I will be hanging out south of the border. Vacations!! yeah bitches!!
Might run a couple of times. Got my ipod mini and sensor carefully placed within my luggage.

Glad to see you guys are still doing this!!
I've been on the side line for 4 months now, tendinitis to my right knee, and left Achilles tendon! Not fun. If it all goes well, I'll be back running in February.
I really hope so. I'm dying over here! I will be back, hopefully, for QBN+ 8.
Keep on running!

I have had to work late for the last 5 days and I play hockey at the weekend. Hope to log some K's next week.

aphex twin, on the frantic tip I'm guessing since you liked squarepusher?
you could try Autechre
Jega
- Jega doesn't have a video, but that is his track "aerodynamic"Meeklo
- i loved autechre. MTV amped used to be my favorite shows. Chris Cunningham was a really ahead of his time with video production back in those days. Remember the portisthead video?flutter
- Woah! Autechre's awesome. Just checked a few of their tracks n I am not disappointed at all! Thanks dude!VectorMasked
- Actually that video was done by Alex Rutterford: http://www.warp-net.…Meeklo

Vector - AFX is a side project of Richard D James, who is aphex twin. Try Autechere, Fluke, Future Sounds of London, The Prodigy, The Propeller Heads, Wagon Christ, The Orb, Photek and maybe Goldie. (just get the mtv amped cd that came out 10 years ago or so)
For the chill stuff you might like múm, Hilmar Örn Hilmarsson, Fly Pan Am, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Explosions in the sky, Kraftwork, and Stars of the lid.

- oh and to find more in similar genres and make channels go to http://www.last.fm in case you don't have the links alreadyflutter
- Cool. I'll look at those. Got prodigy already and stuff by Richard where he goes by Caustic Window, AFX, Polygon WindowVectorMasked
