MSTRPLN,
Did you design the identity?
Did you do the website too?
Did you get a range produced?
Where did you sample? Did you go into production? Did you have a retail outlet or did you sell in to retailers?
If you sold in, did it sell through, out or was it a disaster?
What happened to the idea/the company?

Got some screenshot of that project
This basically was the first incarnation of my folio and my first serious flash attempt. I'm pretty happy of it even nowdays even if it's super outdated.

If anyone can go further back in time than this one, then drinks are on me...
Year: 1986 ( I was 16)
Project: Coltham Ltd Corproate Identity. After dropping out of school I went on a YTS scheme at HowleChapmanRaymer in Birmingham. I was the studio junior. We got asked to devise a logo and I was encouraged to put some ideas forward. They picked mine. This is the logo, a little bit evolved from what I did originally. I hand drew it in rotring ink on CS2 board. It was originally a C where one element was invisible, the next was a keyline edge, the next was a 50% tint and the last one was a solid... so it built as it progressed round the circle.
Admittedly its changed a little bit from when I did it, but this is essentially my logo, still alive and well 23 years later!

I've got a video of me and a bunch of mates at skate park, i filmed it on vhs and overdubbed Jesus Jones's "Liquidizer" album over it.
If i turned my folks attic upside down im bound to be able to find some stuff that I did on work placement at my dads work while at school. did a box for Capital Food Burgers and also a range of milk cartons.

It's all archives, and it's all shite. Except for the Numark, Alesis and self-promo stuff. Not even too wild about those projects. One day I'll burn it all down.
I know, I know. Freakin' full screen. Baugh.
