- He has the BEST numbers.BusterBoy
- 17 opponents, he makes it sound Street Fighteryuekit
- why isnt this not true?yurimon
- Yurimon, it isn't true, because we leave in the century of feels, my feells are more important than facts, so fuckn sadGeorgesII
- and the craziest thing, you have bernie sanders who can't even manage to beat hillary, the dems were like 3 candidates and he couldn't even winGeorgesII
- you guys sound more butthurt than trump... it's funny watching you squirm as he bitches and whines on twittermonospaced
- Hashtag Yurimon double negativeset
- I honestly love trump. Straight to the point, tells it like it is.CygnusZero4
- Yea let's have a president that just says whatever is in his mind, regardless of how much of a half wit cunt he is. Good bless freedomset
- like it is? or like how he sees it? because they are quite differentmonospaced

Obama aide: Saudi Arabia paid 'insufficient attention' to extremist funding
- detritus2
Yurimon - do you pay taxes, have a bank account and/or a mortgage?
As much as I try to ignore you on here, I'm curious to know how far you go to live by the diktats of your chosen narrative.
Signed,
An apparent servile serf.- I'm also curious to know how you'd expect super-scale projects to be paid for, without taxes. Or should we all just stay living in mud huts?detritus
- +1 for trying to keep Politics in the Politics thread. Make QBN Great Again!nb
- we are all in this together my friend. Right now I'm digging milton friedmans solution. flat tax 17% but over all no says oh we have a bureaucracy thatsyurimon
- over grown and is creating massive failure. poring money on a problem doesnt = success.yurimon
- Fair enough, that's not a bad way of looking at things. Do you have any thoughts on 'Universal Income'?detritus
- everything people do is based on incentive. is there incentive to be productive?yurimon
- yes, it just stops people fretting about basics like rent and food. Also, from your perspective - it gets rid of huge amounts of governmental bureaucracy.detritus
- if you don't have to panic about necessities, it frees up brainspace to focuson the future. Sure, people will try an abuse it - but people abuse the system now.detritus
- people will still need cash for big TVs, food for vicious dogs and string vests in which to beat their wives with, detritus
- what if you like having children irresponsibly when you are on the basic income plan and your up to your 5th child with no job. what will happen then?yurimon
- DEATH.detritus
- but what now?detritus
- serious. if you have a base social system. im curious to what will happen if you indulge in having alot of children.yurimon
- people do already? so what? there's a flat sum available to people, enough to sustain themselves reasonably, and everything thereafter is earnt?detritus
- ..if there's only an expectation of a set amount per person, then it's a better system than now wherein one can assume ever-further support?detritus
- it's sort of like socio-libertarianism...detritus
- there is discussion on similar idea
https://www.youtube.…yurimon - did yuri answer your question about paying income taxes himself?monospaced
- Are you guys having a serious discussion?! I think a living wage is a seriously good idea. Surely it benefits the government too, freeing up their time for war?Ianbolton

- here on qbn it is acceptable to mock other people's tragedies in the context of politics, hell, you can call people faggots if you want apparently, i tell oneterry_cloth
- idiot that i'm going to slap him and it all comes undone thoughterry_cloth
- i suppose it's that qbn doesn't care unless they are going to potentially get dragged into a law suit, sticks and stones after allterry_cloth
- people having a little chuckle in the shooting of the day thread is pretty upsetting though. definitely smack to the head worthyterry_cloth
- I'm not making light of 9/11, but sorry if I inadvertently offended you. In the future I'll try to give you boys a trigger warning.nb
- i have been inured to this sort of thing. it only manages to get to me when people laugh and joke about people who have barely been dead a day and already thinkterry_cloth
- it's a laughing riot. laughter as a method of coping can be a positive thing. the sick fucks i am referring to are actually amused thoughterry_cloth
- and i was there when those towers fell so i tend not to have much of a sense of humor about thatterry_cloth

Just curious, Im gonna use the political thread for something useful. Seeing as tax day was yesterday:
What are the candidates promises on tax reform and who's plan best benefits the average american?
- HC & BS = more taxes, more social programs
DT & TD = less taxes, less social programs
(same ol' story)PonyBoy - TD=TCruz... oops (then again... where the fuck did he get 'Ted' from anyway? He'd get more love if just went with Raphael... GREAT fucking name)PonyBoy
- This is based on my limited knowledge. HC taxes would stay about the same right? Which they are horrible now BTW. not sure about BSsofakingback
- Ted Cruz has some simplified version where we get 3 tax brackets instead of 7. is that right?sofakingback
- it would appear that Clinton would keep things about the same... but a GOP candidate will make some serious changes:PonyBoy
- http://taxfoundation…PonyBoy
- Bernie would make some serious changes too but in the very opposite direction of a GOP candidate... why anyone wants Bernie is beyond mePonyBoy
- Yeah we gathered that was your opinion when you called them bullshitmonospaced
- Holy shit, TD plan sounds pretty good right??? Fuck, I need to take a shower after that comment. Feel dirty all of the sudden. lolsofakingback
- where did I call them bullshit, mono?PonyBoy
- Clinton is same old crap. Actually, Trump's doesn't look horrendously bad, but I don't believe him.drake-von-drake
- I misread, Pony. Thought you said HS = BS. Sorry.monospaced

Donald Trump says the world has yet to see a social media genius of his caliber, comparing his 140-character missives on Twitter to the prose of Ernest Hemingway.
“Somebody said I’m the Ernest Hemingway of 140 characters,” the businessman said at a rally in South Carolina on Friday.
The GOP primary front-runner added that he understands social media “maybe better than anybody, ever.”

Primary voting today. It will be interesting to see if the fact that I recently switched from an "Independent" will result in my registration disappearing from the rolls. Fingers crossed.
- Update: No name on the roll so a provisional ballot. I can look myself up on the state database and all looks correct. Hope my vote will count. :(R_Kercz
