Lost interest ages ago (more or less after Senna death), even if i have to admit that i watched past season last race (supporting Ferrari, kinda inusual for me)
Hoping that this year the new rules created more balanced cars, so each race would be more interesting than the first 5 laps.

Like Fariska, lost interest way back. Wanting to get back in to it, but not succeeding thus far. Maybe QBN reportage will suck me back.
* watches thread with foam baseball cap on that holds two beer cans and has bendy straws for hands free drinking.

Ever been to the 500? With several cases of beer?

Like was said before, I used to love it but I completely lost interest - mainly because it became evident that a nice sport became another tool for country clan activity and petty hatreds. Especially journalists, with their silly gadgets. Also, It became boring, since it's always the same teams and pilots to win and there's hardly any surprise in it anymore. As it is now, It's just 70 laps of predictable cheering and bashing.

Alonso is the man. If he have a good level car he has not a contender.

Best race in years. Although Alonso comes off as arrogant, I like him because he is straight forward and says what's on his mind. No being nice bullshit, just racing. That said, I really like Lewis although I'm cheering for Honda and Toro Rosso.

yay no TCS, boo no American event. I say bring one back to Belle Isle(the island between Detroit and Windsor) and call it the North American Gran Prix. They just rebuilt the track there for the AmericanLeMans/Indy race last year, its a refreshingly beautiful place(compared to most of Detroit) to have an international event.
A shame nascar is the only series with HD coverage... I bet they get F1 onboard HD feeds in Europe...
gotta love hamilton, but I'll be following the Corvettes and Audi R8s of American LeMans this year, cuz I get to see, hear, and feel them in person.
