  Anyone else have a worthless flatmate?

  My bro and I live together and we let a friend of ours move in with us.

  so far he has turned the front into a swap meet by parking a tarp covered motorcycle in the driveway to leak for the past year

  installed a garden that looks more like a trash pile in the backyard

  let his dog rip up the carpet in his room s well as the back screen door

  and to boot, i work late nights and there hasn't been a day i woke up he wasn't already ass deep in the leather couch staring at the big screen.

  Just confront him. I've done this in the past, and it actually works; for a little bit anyway, then they go back into their old routine. But you will just have to keep hassling him till you can give him the boot. Often times they don't realize how much of a piece of shit they are being until you tell them.
