keep watching?? but the article made it out that that Evolution is already dead and buried!! As in it's been wholeheartedly rejected by the scientific community - just like the sun moving aroun the earth is rejected by the scientific communit. that's why its so funny. Funny christian fundamentalists with their wishful thimpking!
you do post some funny shit disicpler!

I've read portions of it, not compelling considering I had already read many responses that exposed the logical fallacies in most of his key analogies.

So, it's not either science or God, it's more that science is pointing to God.

(Oct 7 05, 09:47)Hmmmm, no.
Science is not pointing to god, science is pointing to science. You're interpreting science as saying that and you're wrong. In the same way that 1000ish years ago some guys wrote a fairytale and you chose to interpret that story as real, because it was easier than a phd in physics.
- mrdobolina0
discipler, do that without god is my point.
ID has all to do with religion, wtf don't you get about my point?

The Discovery Institute's CSC director, Stephen C. Meyer, admits much of the institutes's money comes from such wealthy Christian fundamentalist conservatives as Howard Ahmanson Jr., who once said his goal is "the total integration of biblical law into our lives," Philip F. Anschutz, Richard Mellon Scaife, and the MacLellan Foundation, which commits itself to "the infallibility of the Scripture." Most Discovery Institute donors have also contributed significantly to the Bush campaign.

Really, mimio? Tell me about the portions you read and why you are skeptical. And detail the logical fallacies and why they are fallacious... i mean, if you don't mind.

Thank God ;)
We wouldn't want our children learning old science. We want them to learn something older than science.
- discipler0
should we turn a blind eye to scientific discoveries because of their philosophical implications?
There sure were some who wanted to do that when the Big Bang was posited.
- discipler0
hehe, whatever helps you, pavlov.

In other words, this debate does matter. These people are trying to roll back the last 100 years of progress.
