I think you need to thin out some of the work a bit. There's too much to see, and some of it just isn't portfolio material (though maybe it's a part of a broader project - i.e. the pataya website from 10 years ago.)
try to cut back to say 5-6 big projects with the best materials and supplement the imagery with the story and process, or group pieces by type (print/web/banners/etc.) and show the stuff that really shines.
. once again, some background info would help to sell it. especially if you're making the portfolio theme all about process (you haven't shown any!)

The language in the site needs attention. If english isn't your first language, don't be afraid to enlist the help of someone who's it is. Maybe you can do a trade in-kind.

    a few technical notes.

on small screens the grey bar at the bottom makes the website feel a bit claustrophobic.

the lightbox close button doesn't work for me on XP/IE8

the laptop on all your web work takes up a lot of real-estate. Consider losing it in favour of larger images of your work. (especially for thumbnails)

I think your process infographic is great, I would have liked to see more good stuff like that surrounding the work and supporting the text.
