I've always wondered why people put up a badge or credit their web host. Just out of gratitude? Do they get residuals or some kind of discount on hosting?

Seems to be pretty prevalent, especially with MediaTemple customers. Is it just bragging?

I've been a mouse guy forever, but I'm thinking of making the switch to the Trackball. But I've never used one- and I'm not totally convinced of the advantages.

Do you guys use a trackball or mouse (for work, that is) Should I switch? Or just get a better mouse?
