Hi all

I am working on the interface design of an iPad app and have some basic questions. I did some research and think I have a good start but need some clarification. Any help would be greatly appreciated. See questions below:

1) Screen size: I believe it's 1024x768 and vice-versa for portrait, just need someone to confirm.

2) Type and size: What's the smallest typesize I should use? 14pt? Can I embed typefaces within the app or should I stick to the basic faces. I read something about how you can use any .ttf but I want to clarify.

3) Icon size: 72x72?

Macbook IT help! Oct 19, 09, 10:35 a.m.

So long story short, my Macbook sucks and the CD drive is broken and the HD crashed...

I just got in today a new HD and upgraded the ram. My question is, how do I install the Mac software without a CD drive?

I hear you can do it through the USB drive but I wasn't sure if anyone here had any experience with that or had any other bright ideas that could help me with this situation, thanks in advance!
