Hi,

Does anyone know if there is some simple software to change the default kerning on a font and save as ttf? Im looking for something really simple to use.

80GB FAT32 Feb 19, 09, 5:02 a.m.

Hi,

I have a FAT32 ext Drive, single partition that has a 80GB capacity. It has been formatted without winxp (to avoid 32gb Fat32 limit) but I can only write up to 32gb's to the drive using winxp. the error msg says destination drive is full.

Disk Management shows the full 80GB as Fat32 and healthy.

Does anyone know why i cant write more than 32gbs?

someone has given me a surround sound system and I want to to hook it up to my tv, the tv out only has two cables left and right stereo but the amp for the surround wants six inputs. Can this be done? do i need to get myself some sort of adaptor? was i wrong to smoke some bifta before attempting this?

So I went along to my local flex user group today...first time there and I wasnt expecting much as AS developers are like rocking horse shit round here. Anyway i have clients asking about flex dev so i though i better go along and see what the crack is.

The group was fine and quite knowledgeable and answered most of my questions as to why I should make the leap to flex....

Adobe are really pushing it so there is loads of push behind it and AIR. I came away with a nice A2 eBoy poster and a stack of eBoy tees too!!

Hi, Im wondering if this is at all possible. I am using anchor tags on an index file and for some reason in safari the first time an anchor is used the page reloads but not with subsequent requests. ie

www.somdomain.com

when clicked via anchor goes to

www.somedomain.com/#anchorName

I dont want the page to reload so I was going to approach this by forwarding all root requests (www.somedomain.com) to the index file (www.somedomain.com/index.html)v... a htaccess redirect. Is this possible? Safe to do?
