what kinda of fucking creative director doesn't know how to use a scanner. I could have left work an hour ago but the twit asked me to help him scan something in. And he's not ready yet. And it's some personal shit. It fucking friday night shartf*ck.

My wife just called crying sayin that our dog ran from the local dogpark into a marsh. She chased him for 45 minutes unti he ran across a street and into a mattress store. He was jumping from mattress to mattress until all five store employees cornered him. He was covered in mud and jumping on all the mattresses. hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

I'm working on a 25" HP LCD and the the res in photoshop isn't very crisp, I can't get the individual pixels to look good at 100%. When I 'save for web' and look at the preview, the pixels are crisp and clean.

Is there a setting that I'm missing?

I need to center a MC in the main stage dynamically. within the MC will be a static graphic(to the right of the text box) and a dynamic text box that is flush left and a fixed distance to the graphic. The dynamic text box will be different lengths depending on the text that is loaded.

all this is happening in a swf saved out for flash 5 player.

Is there a simple actionscript that will center the MC regardless of its width after the dynamic text is loaded?

OK, this is weird, my printer calls yesterday and says all the monotone .eps images I provided are actually CMYK and won't be seen by the film out put machine, so please provide all the images in greyscale. I look at the files on my computer and they're all monotones. I convert to greyscale and burn a disk. Today I drop it off and look at the originals on his comp, all monotone. He takes all the grayscale images and changes the illy files to greyscale. It's a one color job.

this must be a software issue on his part because most jobs, he says, happen like this. Anybody have this happen to them?
