Anybody have recommendations for Flash Media Server hosting?

Seems like a ton of companies offer it, but want someone decent with great support if we need it.

I've used the behavior (.htc) file and image-background (png); _image-background(gif); methods lately.

Just wondering if that's the best method, issues, etc.... or if there is something better?
