I have a show on my DVR that I would like to import to my computer so I can upload it.
Anyone know if this can be done, and if so, how?

Wondering if anyone has experience with xBox Live? In particluar, I cannot connect to it. The error I get is something about not assigning IP, or IP in use. I have tried connecting directly to the cable modem, without a router in between.

Cant seem to find an answer online. Anyone seen this before and know how to fix it?

FLV issues Nov 28, 07, 9:27 a.m.

I have a SWF with a video player that loads in an FLV. It seems to work fine, but there have been several instances where users havent seen the flash, just the image above.
I cant replicate it on WIN IE6/7, FF or safari.

It is essentially a directory of websites, and their developers. The purpose is to have a reliable list of sites. If a client sees some websites they like, they can look them up on prodigious, and then contact the developer directly. that means more work for you. :D

for $20/month you get root access to a linux server. You can install anything you want.
The support is great too. Even though they dont have a lot of instruction on the wiki, they have a chatroom that you can go to and ask for help.

anyway, just thought that i would share.

Hey everyone,
I finally go around to making some updates to my flash detection script.
It is a js-based detector that will redirect on pass/fail.
Easy to set up, just load the 2 files, and set the version that you want to test for...it does the rest.
