I need a new host for my site and I'm leaning towards dreamhost but they do not guarantee a static IP, this seems silly to me.

So for those of you who use dreamhost for hosting but have your DNS hosted somewhere else, have you had a problem with this? As in the IP changing makes your site disappear since the MX records become incorrect?

OR if anyone else has suggestion, that's cool too. I don't need anything super great. Just php and MySQL.
