Flash for TV

I just got commissioned at the last minute to do some Adobe Flash animations for a TV program. The specs they gave me are:
"The show is SD NTSC DF, Aspect Ratio is: Anamorphic (16:9 squeezed down to 4:3). We will need a full res quicktime (.mov)..."

I'm guessing the anamorphic thing means it's 16:9 with letterboxing to fill in the 4:3 area, but what size do I make my stage to fit these specs?

A couple friends of mine showed me a portrait that this artist had drawn for them and it was shockingly ugly, but well drawn. Here's about a hundred more of them.

Anybody use this type of service? How reliable is it and is it quick? And most importantly, will I be able to play WoW with it without suffering ridiculous lag? ;)

Flash Slide Presentations

I'm trying to make a Flash Slide Presentation in Flash CS3 for the first time. Each slide contains animations on the timelines. When skipping back to a previous slide, it only shows the final frame of the animation. I'd like to know if it's possible, when skipping forwards and backwards, to show the entire animation of the slide instead of just the final frame.
