Coldplay launched a microsite yesterday that I designed. Pretty excited about it. Looks like some of the layout changed after I sent it to the Agency but it still represents my work for the most part.

NYC Data Recovery? May 4, 08, 8:24 a.m.

As I was working yesterday my WD Passport decided to freeze up and now I can't see any of the data on it. Still spins and the computer still recognizes that it is a disc...so that is good.

As it turns out I am flying out to NYC tomorrow. Can anyone recommend a good data recovery place in manhattan?

It doesn't make sense to have the "Filter" button at the top considering it pertains only to content on the left column. The "Broadcast" button isn't at the top... Probably why so many people haven't caught on.

Anyone have my back that it should be moved to the left column?

Can anyone here help me translate a few things from English to Swedish? I have 6 navigation buttons and maybe a dozen Page headers that I need to create graphics for.

I would use an online translation but I don't want "HOME" to be translated to the Swedish equivalent of "PLACE OF RESIDENCE".

Just put my band up there and it seems that I can only create a musician page as part of a real person's (mine) profile. Is that right? I saw a band called metro station that has a nice URL (facebook.com/metrostation) for their page and doesn't seem to have a human being attached to everything they do on there.

Can anyone offer me some help?

Came up with this last night... Since the writers guild is on strike and there are not going to be any more new sitcoms on tv for a while, why not have a week where the networks all broadcast their line-up from 1987? For example, ABC would have Who's the Boss, Growing Pains and Moonlighting on Tuesday nights.... NBC would have the Cosby show.... I think people would really enjoy that for a week.

Anyone else feeling this way about Apple and their products? I switched to a mac earlier this year and I am starting to get all of the "logic board" issues and harddrive problems and a pretty crappy attitude form the "geniuses" at the genius bar.

We have all come to accept that our iPods may be DOA or they will freeze up for no reason or the battery will die within a year or so... Should we just come to expect the same from our Apple computers?

The only thing that ever killed any PC I've ever owned is a virus that was such a pain to remove that it made the computer worthless. I can't help but think that if someone wanted to start writing viruses for Macs, Apple would fold.

Anyone sharing this sentiment?

I am just starting to get into the PHP world and I need some direction. Here's what I need to get done:

PHP page with links. When link is clicked, related images and text are displayed.

I am familiar with includes and would probably put the page together with includes for the different sections (nav, header, footer, display area, etc.).

Anyone point me to some files that would help me?

Keychain Problem Sep 17, 07, 8:14 a.m.

Just got a new mac mini -because my 6 month old macbook decided to have a sudden motherboard issue - and it seems to be having problems putting passwords in keychain. I enter the info and select "add to keychain" from different programs and it has only saved one or two so far.

Anyone seen this/have any idea how to fix this? Seems like a small problem but I need to save a lot of FTP info and I really don't want to have to look up and enter password info every time I log in.
