So I would like some serious suggestions on this please.
I been working for this project for over a month.
The client asked me if I was interested in some sort of partnership that would get me benefits and of course I declined, so they agree to pay me on my hourly rate (Although we came to an agreement and I ended up lowering my hour rate just for this project).

The work was completed on time and met client's satisfaction, I made a mistake on delivering the files to the client before payment was completed (I know, I know, I have no one to blame but myself for that). So after getting on his ass for weeks, calling him everyday I got him to pay most of the owed balance.

3 months ago he asked if I can offer some sort of flexible plan in order for him to give me what he owed in 3 payments of $300. I said sure, if that's what you need, I can do that.

Now its the last payment and they claim that the project will not launch because of negative balance and for that reason they can' pay me.

Its only $300 bucks, but he won't pay me.

I said starting today I will call both partners on the project every single day on the phone till they pay me (they are in the east coast, and I'm on the west).

What can I do?

Honestly, what's the point of this fruit's existence?
- The consumer base is well below 15%.
- They're stupidly expensive.
- Under supported in terms of crops, seasons, etc
- Anything a Mango can...so can a pear.
All of the above is more or less fact, yet consumers still buy them? A lack of education is clearly evident on the Mango consumer part!

I just downloaded the demo for Xbox 360, and I have to say this game rocks!!!

I been playing tony hawk since it came out, (its pretty much the only game I pleay) and I was a bit skeptic about this new game, but It blew my mind...

If you are into these kind of game, play the demo.

Looks like all is dying, very little people seem to understand the term "collaborative community" anymore.

I'm not against new people joining in everyday, but if someone is asking for help, there is no need to bring up the sarcasm, irony or negativity, if you can't help that person don't reply. Most of us, had the need of an extra hand in the past, and found it right here, common sense should tell you, that you should pass that along to the next user, so we can all bennefit from it. Some day, you will be in need of help, and the last thing you want is a smart ass making fun of your situation.

I know there is a lof of exceptions here, but as I keep reading posts on the PVN I find this kind of response growing, and I wish it would go away, that's all.

Thanks to everyone that had helped me in the past, or at least had the good intentions to do so. :)

Should I get it?
My background, I have a 300D, I'm not a Pro photographer, But I think the resolution will help me to do bigger prints (my current camera barely fills a magazine page).

Most of my photos are in the dark with no flash and looks like results at higher ISO's than my current camera can handle show very little noise.

Also I get a killer deal on it.

Maybe get this one also:

Unless you guys think there is a better ultra wide.
