the whole concept of a designer or a programmer running is just weird.
Most of the people I have dealt with are either way to fragile to even attempt to get some sun or are simply chubby and don't walk outdoors more than 100 ft a day.
Looks like we'll be making history here.

I'm coughing most of the time my run, that's cause I'm holding my ipod on one hand and my coffee on the other, so I really have no place to hold my cigarette than on my lips.
Besides I have read hair and beard, and I'm really pale. So if its really sunny the effect you get with me exposed to daylight will be similar to the one you would get by throwing a coke can in the microwave...

I have gained over 10 lbs in the last couple of months. Mostly due to total inactivity and pizza.
Am I allowed to roll for the first couple of weeks and then of course, start using my feet around the 3rd week?

1 - Will power
2 - Running shoes
3a - Ipod mini and Nike+ system http://www.apple.com/ipod/nike/
or
3b - Nike Band (not out yet) http://nikeplus.nike.com/nikeplu…
if you don't like nike shoes, or you already have a pair that doesn't support the sensor, you can attach it to any shoe with a lot of 3rd party pouches that costs like 5 bucks or less on ebay, it works with any shoe brand.

Can't find info on where it will be available in canada. Checked the local Nike store and asked 3 of their staff and they just said <monkey sounds> "i don't know…what is that…ask that other guy…my guess is that it'll take a few months before it is sold in canada"</monkey sounds>
