there was a photoshop filter a long while back that would simulate the lossy/block-y compression artifacts introduced when saving a jpg over and over again.

anyone recall what that is or how to simulate it, without actually doing the saving over and over?

my at&t contract is up in June and while i've been mostly happy with my iPhone 3G (and to a lesser extent at&t) i've been considering some android options.

I've googled quite abit and the marketplace seems saturated with smartphones with incredibly short shelf lives. what are you guys using? what are you new models are you anticipating?

oh, i've been with at&t for a while now. what carrier should i switch to, if at all?

I've got an older intuos 2 tablet and when i tap down with the pen to do a left click, the click sticks when i lift up instead of releasing. i'm inadvertently dragging windows and layers left and right and it's driving me mad.

has anyone had that issue and how did you fix it? i just replaced the nib/tip thingee but no luck. i'd really hate to plunk down $100 for a new freaking pen. grrr. thanks.
