Does anyone else agree that it's so damn hard to find good User interface designers?

Most people applying here are more in the category "campaign" designers. As in full blown visuals, lots of composition and image manipulation etc.. But where are the people who go crazy over a button, a grid, and love functional design?

Especially with aspiration to do this on mobile, or even better, already have experience on mobile.

This is a discussion I'd like to have as well as invite any good interface designers to send me an email!

So where the person and the background changes, but the device or what they're holding stays the same..

I hate doing this, but it's a bit of a situation here ..

I do have Gill Sans OpenType en my FontExplorer says I also have it in TrueType, but when I export this it becomes a .TTC file and not a TTF file.

And guess what I need .. yes a TTF file ..

So would somebody be so nice to email me this?
I know this is a bit in the grey area..

In InDesign, how do I set headings and subheadings to a state that they show up in a pdf as a tree structure, like in the image below.

The purpose is that I can see which articles are on what pages and I can jump to them by clicking this segmented outline (or index)of the pdf.

Anyone know this?
