Here's my problem. I'd like my motion to look seemless like I comped in Photoshop, but when I'm in After Effects, I can't get this to tile properly. I'm open to any tips. I tried searching but couldn't word it without getting dumb results.

Time Machine: drive full Dec 27, 10, 11:22 a.m.

I have a 1 TB drive for Time Machine backups. Eventually it filled up and I was fine with that. I doubt I'll need anything from many months ago.

I used it to restore a new drive from an old backup this morning. Now, I repeatedly get an error message about the drive being full.

This is blatant dorknology because before my crash, Time Machine would automatically delete the oldest content to make room for new backups. When I click OK to get Time Machine preferences, there's only an option to omit or include drives.

What happened to the delete oldest stuff option?

Mac won't start Dec 26, 10, 12:32 a.m.

I have a 3 year old Mac Pro that won't boot up and continually gets the ? icon when starting. I booted from the installer and when I go to Disk Utility the main drive isn't even recognized.

If I install the OS all over again, will I be able to bring everything back with Time Machine or will I have to get my programs back with installers? Aside from that how screwed am I?

Is there any reason this move in After Effects leaves behind a copy of the non text version of the layer?

Is there any reason it only happens some times?

Is there any reason a text layer isn't created by default? Who wants text you can't work with?

There must be a reasonable way to copy layers from one project file to a new aep without getting Missing Footage errors and stupid empty icons.

Anyone ever have any issues related to Eyewonder killing off large percentages of your computer?

This happened while trying to upload/test an ad through the Adwonder Flash component.

This affected two computers in our office.

Actionscript loading swf into a container Nov 29, 10, 8:13 p.m.

I'm loading in a swf. I need to run an enterframe script to know when the loaded swf reaches totalFrames. The movie loads just fine, but when I try to trace out any properties of the loaded movie, (currentFrame compared to totalFrames) everything craps out.

It shouldn't be impossible to control a loaded movie after loading it and getting it to play but I've been stumped for hours on this.

Any clues as to where I went wrong?

iTunes 10.1 upgrade killed my multiple speakers Nov 17, 10, 4:16 p.m.

After upgrading my Mac OS and iTunes, I can't check my Airport Express speakers in iTunes. There's nothing on the web since most people probably haven't upgraded yet.
