    Cartel will be releasing a limited edition 7" single for distribution in the UK. We need cover art by cob Friday. If yer mad fer it e-mail me an idea at visit our website at www.carteldc.com for a view of our logo and to listen to a soundclip of the song Fleets which will be the single. We don't have money to offer (sorry), but your name will go on the album credits as creator of the cover idea...
