    i got an ipod and thought my world would be a happy place because of it, oh how wrong. after 2 months the thing is totally dead, the apple store in amsterdam dont want it back an tell you to call apple. apple tell you use support site, support site doent work properly on safari(how dumb is that). it will take at least 2 weeks to get it back. if you are listening apple concentrate on making good workin products not more shops.
