Looking for a new Designer...

  We're a smallish (15 people) software shop based in Chicago that builds data exchanges for commercial real estate brokers around the country. Over the past 3 years, we've created a network of over 150 inter-operating web sites, 30 of which are full-blown data exchanges. We've done so using cool technology and adhering to standards.

  To further the cause, we need to add another member to the team. Honestly, we're looking for 2 people in 1: an interface designer with strong usability skills, and a print designer with a marketing/advertising background. We'd be happy with a candidate who's strong in either discipline and proficient in the other.
