App for tracking color palettes?

  Want to know what you are all using to develop and keep track of color palettes?

  Apps and methods too.

  Are you just putting hex codes in the notes app? Saving directly in photoshop, etc?

  I'm wishing for a really easy brainless way to track color and see them together in swatches.
