I'd like to upgrade my presentations (bandings and logos) from static PDFs to animated videos, like these (just examples):
The last anmation work I did, is 15 years ago and was in Flash.
So, what are the best tools for that nowadays?

Adobe Animate (Formerly Flash) ;)
or After Effects?Depends how much time you want to spend producing these animations.
If it's for 'throwaway' animations for Instagram etc then using something like Canva might be the easiest and best solution.
Guessing they'll have drag and drop animation actions to add to elements and get exported to video all quick smart.

I bit the bullet and got a 1 month subscription to Envato, you get access to literally millions and millions of ready-made assets
https://elements.envato.com/logo…
it's a huuuuuuge time saver and I'm sure if you dig a bit you'll find nice flat vector examples
- < do you just chuck a logo into the bought AE file and it animates it similarly?microkorg
- exactly, takes about 2 seconds_niko
- but then you can also tweak it all, the zip file come with instructions and a video tutorial in case you want to tweak anything, so they're great learning tools_niko
- it's $16/month if you pay for a year or $33/monthly and cancel any time...but in that month you can literally download all the assets you'll ever need_niko

After effects for making those animations, and use keynote or figma for building your presentation to place in your video outputs.

Thanks for your help. I'll try them all to get a feeling which one fits best for me. Adobe Animate seems to feel just like Flash – I guess that will be the easiest one for me.
- Adobe Animate *is* Flash with new HTML-specific animation features bolted on. They just re-named it to re-brand it.evilpeacock
- is anyone on here actually using this for websites? like it seems everything on Awwwards is all java web gl etc_niko
- I mean I'd love to get back into it and build websites so intuitively like we used to without the need for a crack team of Indian developers to do something as_niko
- simple as a page transition or animation_niko
- i use it for creating generative artmicrokorg
