I promise I will post something at least monthly.
Thing is, I have been into magic for many years. Ever since I was a little kid, I was into magic.
No, I don’t perform. Yes, I know it’s all about fooling. No, I don’t believe in witchcraft...
I just happen to enjoy studying the art of deceit, sleight of hand, mnemonic, misdirection, novel props, and the history of the evolution of magic itself.

I’ll start off by sharing an old video of Dani da Ortiz (Spanish card magician, from the school of Juan Tamariz’s Mnemonic), and Yann Frisch (French, Grand Prix in close-up magic at FISM 2012).
In this video, Frisch makes a splendid deck swap at 1:40, fooling da Ortiz, perhaps one of the most remarkable card magicians of the last few decades.
Enjoy!

Yann Frisch performing his famous “cups & balls” act. A lot of clown ingredient, but still a majestic control and overall rythm.
