Psilocybin Microdosing

  I started last week, a day on and a day off.
  Around 0.5g per day.

  In the beginning, my head was a bit full and I did notice the effects but yesterday I didn't notice anything.
  I can say it helps me to focus a bit on my tasks but not really always.

  The last time I did mushrooms was like 15 years ago.
  And it's not mushrooms, it's truffles.
