Suddenly considering applying to a large school for a graduate program.
I've been out of school for many, many years and the process is foreign to me.
I'll need my old college transcript, letters of recommendation?

Nah a lot has changed since you were in school. Today, the correct application process is to simply show up with a giant garbage bag full of money.

What graduate program do you want to do? Will doing this program get you a better job that is in demand? Is this just for personal growth?

Don't go unless you'll get an MBA at the same time (which you should be able to do ). Next, calculate the $$ it'll bring you and determine if that investment is worth it (don't forget being out of work for a few years).

I can photoshop your head onto a crew team if you think it will help you get in.

You’re guaranteed a much larger ROI by simply telling people you went to graduate school.
Nobody checks.
