I think I've found what I'm looking for. :)
Been checking out Oxygen Builder after discovering the barba.js page transitions, and apparently they work wonderfully together.

https://oxygenbuilder.comMy current sites all use the Kalium theme, and I checked out Elementor last year, but Oxygen seems very complimentary to WebFlow. Since I'm basically looking for a better platform to experiment with javascript and json animations and a slicker set of overall capabilities, this might be the way to go.
I'm on vacation this week and wasn't planning on learning anything like this during the week, but this might be fun.
