I tried it out, but didn't keep up with it. I got as far as recognizing it was a dream and attempted to take control of it. Once I was aware of the dream it was hard to maintain and usually jumped back out. Some indications of my dream was trying to read a nameplate and turning on a light switch. Probably 3 or 4 weeks of keeping a dream journal bedside and repeating a thought when sleeping. My goal was to have dream sex with Elizabeth Hurley. HA.

    • bezoar is on point - first you have to dream so you can then have a lucid dreamtimeless
    • other than the journaling you have to tell yourself, as you're falling asleep that you're going to dreamtimeless

Anyone achieved this? I've always been fascinated with lucid dreaming and this crisis seems like a good time to learn more about it and how to do it.
