3d printing vintage dive bezels

So I collect vintage watches. Some dive watches have a plastic bezel. Unfortunately after 40+ years of abuse few survive so I wanted to see if anywhere could 3d print them.
I know you guys n galls are into all sorts to I thought I'd ask here first

But they need a 3d model. What would you charge for one? I can send precise dimensions and images for reference but you'll likely need to use artistic license on the markers

imho, that's not going to 3d-print well.
imho, you need someone who works with detailled metal quite a bit who can machine the outer bulk with a CNC and then do whatever inner manual connecting-widgetry's required with traditional metal tooling techniques.
