Hey QBN gang,
Just completed my first iOS app (yeah!), BUT the client is now requesting an android version (no!!!).
Is this an easy conversion?
Anyone done it?
Product(s) OR Service(s) that make it easy, affordable, etc.?
Thanks in advance for all relevant AND irrelevant discussion.

Easy conversion? No. Even if you use a service, there's bound to be a lot fine tuning after the fact. I've wrote apps for both platforms, and they're completely different environments with no overlap. For all intents and purposes, it would be a completely new application.
Frameworks like Xamarin serve to ease this process, but you would have had to start with it.
- Yeah, this is what I thought the deal would be section_014.

It depends on the app. If it's UI-heavy I can't say enough about Unity. Yeah, you'll have to rewrite it in C#/Javascript but I ported an xcode project I spent a few months on in a day or two - and that was my first exposure to unity.

Thanks SteveJobs.ideaist - Yep, that's the site. Based on the screenshots you could go either way. TBH, a regular port might be just as easy since it's pretty basic.SteveJobs
