From January 28th to February 3rd, the city of Sao Paulo became the fashion hot spot for winter`04/05 collections in Brazil. In fact, the thermometers wouldn’t go any lower than 32 degrees and it is a starting point to understand what Brazilian designers have created. Winter collections for tropical weather are an exercise where less is more and where loads of creativity become the main skill for fashion designers that must knock down the international urge for fur, wool or super high boots, whilst still creating a globally and commercially tuned fashion products.
