@ Ideaist
Since your in Canada I would get in touch with these guys:

I have used these guys for all sorts of stuff and they are great, prices are reasonable and in Canadian dollars.
You can also buy all sort of ingredients here as well as equipment. I bought a few strains of Cider yeast and just got some Apple juice from Costco and made a quick batch that turned out pretty good.
Some tips I can give you:
When brewing I would keep everything as clean as possible.
I would buy a decent wort chiller, not a copper coil looking one, a good heat exchanger type chiller will be easy to clean and work really well.

Check out kegging your beer rather then bottling it, you will save a ton of time and money in the long run. Something like this:

Also if you go this way get a drip tray it will make your life better.

...Still deciding on initial equipment over here for me and my "team"; we're calling ourselves the "tall boys" due to our 6"2' & up stature.

We used to brew every other month, Only brewed to batches last year.
1. Oaked Barleywine
2. Bourbon Oaked QuadBoth of these could be sold, they were outstanding.
- Yes the near "wine-like", oaked beers seem to be very hot right now... What were the percentages on these mstocks?!
