so I've been seeing this effect over and over and I wonder how they do it
it doesn't look like a simple datamosh, but it may be something like it.
it seems to take in account the optical flow of the pixels and enhance the motion
i got more curious after seeing the original:
any ideas on how to approach this?
I was thinking on using tracking points, then somehow stickin them to the image and applying some delay effect to distort it..or maybe it is something a lot simpler
