I'm looking for a CRM solution for my little startup, something to log customer feedback. I've been using campaign monitor for email management, it would be nice if it could work with that...
Eventually we'll have budget for proper ad campaigns so maybe something that can track how efficient those are.
Do you have experience with anything that's affordable and scalable?
Much appreciated!!!

We are using Zoho. It's pretty cost effective and has every conceivable expandable saas out there - email campaigns, surveys, accounting and a dozen more.
From my research, it's very scalable. It can also integrate with things like Quickbooks, but you gotta buy third party apps to do it (they all do this).
There are some comparison sites out there that are ok to, well, compare.
I narrowed it down to Zoho or SalesforceIQ (the small biz version). In the end, Zoho was more cost effective and allowed for easy expansion later on.
