Alright maybe not quite VR but does anyone know of any more examples like the Weiwei 360 site that works on mobile and uses the accelerometer to navigate?

Trying to work out wether a cardboard type app is the way to go or if we should pitch it as a website.

Thanks, it's an interesting article but not really what I was after. I'm trying to get my head around what's possible as a website vs an app. Client wants a cardboard type experience – not sure whether that's possible via web (the split view for cardboard view) but the 360 photo weiwei example that you can navigate is on the right path. I guess you can still create a 3D environment and treat it in the same way.
I'm thinking the web alternative is more accessible to the type of demographic this project is aimed at - it's very corporate.
