Has anybody else has issues with Spotify recently?
There's a bug in Mac OS that causes kernel panics when Spotify boots up. Happens without fail on my Macbook Pro.
According to Spotify, Apple have been working on a fix but it's been months.
The only workaround appears to be switching off your firewall.
I pay a subscription. I might ask for my cash back.

No issues here (OS X 10.10.5 in TOL 2013 iMac)

Never an issue.
- But kernel panics, in MY experience, are almost always the result of a hardware (RAM) or system glitch, not individual pieces of software.monospaced

I can't help thinking that this is a ploy to send folks to the Apple music streaming service. Hope not.
I love Spotify.
- Cynical I know.monoboy
- Wonder why it only happens to some people and not others too.monospaced
- It'll be specific to one version of OS and machine. I've had issues with Wi-Fi dropping too. Flaky stuff.monoboy
