What do you use to keep track of projects as a freelancer? Any good sites or apps for this?

A combination of:
Things - https://culturedcode.com/things/… (simple task management) - 1 time cost.
Harvest - https://www.getharvest.com/ (tracking time, expenses, budgets simply, Stripe - https://stripe.com/ for payments) - monthly subscription (well worth it).
Sunrise - https://calendar.sunrise.am/ (tracking meetings, physical things) (free, BUT now owned by Microsoft, so it will eventually work it's way into Outlook).
Stay nimble and run things like a lawyers office.
Godspeed.

Let me some up how this and every thread goes.
Many will say Harvest. Toggl will also come up strong. Likley also Freshbooks. A bunch of one-offs many of us haven't heard of. Someone will complain they need something free. Someone will suggest a local Mac-based one, then sublocked will interject with his own 'Cashboard' then 2 weeks later someone will ask the same question again in a new thread.
:)
- no, it's usually a couple of months later.Gnash

I use Grandtotal in combination with Timings. Mac only. Made my life easier a couple of years ago. https://www.mediaatelier.com/Gra…
