Paypal + Google Forms

I have a client collecting registration info for events via Google Forms, then collecting payment via Paypal. It's two separate actions by the users, which isn't great.
Instead, they want to be able to use "Add to Cart" buttons so the end users can pay for more than one event at a time, but there is certain registration info that they also need to collect.
Anyone have a solution for this? Google Forms doesn't allow for integration with Paypal, and Paypal has no simple* method for setting up custom (required) fields. Also, the client is in Canada, so Google Wallet is out.
*When I say simple, I mean VERY simple. The forms and payments are built by volunteer staff who can't use Paypal's custom variables. I'm doing this on a Concrete5 site, so I've looked at ProForms, but that form creation seems pretty complex for basic users.

sounds like a www.typeform.com job
- Thanks! But, this doesn't integrate with Paypal. I'd love to find a solution that doesn't make them leave Paypal.nb

Found a Concrete5 plugin that does what I need. Not slick looking, but will work, and is easy.
