Any suggestions for software (preferably) or apps that do a good job of reminding you to do certain tasks at certain times?
I am trying to setup my days to do x amount of this, and y amount of that.
I use the reminders app on the iphone. Works fine.
echoing the iPhone reminders. also the most underrated feature of the app is location based reminders. Setting reminders for when I leave work, arrive home, when I get to the gym next sat, etc is absolutely amazing.
Google Calendar + Zapier + anything you want
tip: use repeat in Google Calendar
works very well for me
Do it old school.
Get a butler.
